Employer Branding Videos

To enhance EPOS' employer branding and attract potential talent, I was assigned the responsibility of creating compelling employer branding videos. These videos featured interviews with current employees, aimed at introducing viewers to their roles at EPOS and the reasons they find working there fulfilling.

Working closely with various brand management stakeholders, I planned the location, setup, and additional shots needed to authentically portray EPOS' work culture. Each interview was conducted to delve into the individual's experiences and insights, ensuring that their stories resonated with potential candidates. Once the interviews were recorded, I edited the footage, crafting engaging and authentic narratives that showcased the unique experiences and perspectives of the EPOS employees. These videos underwent multiple iterations, allowing me to fine-tune the look, feel, and messaging to align perfectly with EPOS' employer branding strategy.

The resulting videos proved to be powerful assets for EPOS, effectively communicating the organization's values, work environment, and employee satisfaction. They were utilized on EPOS' website, social media platforms, and presented at school fairs to reach a wide range of potential candidates.
