With Managed Print Service (MPS), Canon offers a service that allows any company to get their printing needs and expenses analysed to identify hidden costs and how to minimise these.
My job was to produce a range of short videos to highlight and explain the benefits and value proposition of this service. In cooperation with the marketing stakeholders and an external B2B marketing agency, we decided to use an MPS expert to convey the technical aspects of the service and create trust through ethos since “people buy from people”.
These videos were used for online marketing through LinkedIn, Facebook and Canon’s website as an important step in the early stages of the buying funnel of the marketing campaign.
